Challenge

Turn live cortical signals into a glanceable OR interface, proven against FDA usability standards.

Process

Design Thinking up front, then spec-driven execution. Claude keeps specs, design, and code in one loop.

Deliverables

Hi-fi screens, flows, and specs: 100% of the UI generated by Claude via MCP from CortiKit.

Build

I use Glacier Flow, a Claude Code template: folder routing, a knowledge base, and gated tasks.

What I've Learned

Claude can generate a hundred screens. Only the client in the room decides which one is safe to build.
